First, log in to your e-goi account, select Forms from the Lists tab...
Then find your mailing list and select the deploy button...
You'll be presented with two options, you want to use the first one about deploying to your own website (HTML)
You'll then see a list of options, for simplicity choose Advanced HTML...
Finally you'll be presented with your HTML form code, which you should copy to your clipboard (highlight and press ctrl+c)...
Now go to your popup-domination back-end, select the mailing list manager tab menu and click on the button to create a new mailing configuration. From there select the HTML Form code option, give your mailing list a name and an optional description, then paste your HTML Form Code into the box. Check your name and email fields are mapped properly and that the form URL matches the form action (which is in the first line of the form code).
Configure the mailing list to suit your needs thereafter and click save.
